1. General

These terms govern the purchase and use of DUY Audio software products sold through duy.com, operated by DSPATIAL S.L.

2. Licensing

All products are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. Licenses are managed through the iLok/PACE system.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country of residence. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may qualify for VAT exemption (reverse charge).

4. Demos

Demo versions are fully functional but time-limited (typically 15 days). Demos are free and require a demo serial code.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.

6. Support

Technical support is provided via our support form. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
